Role Overview
As the Product Manager, Insights (AI/ML), you will spearhead the development of a cohesive roadmap, ensuring that Insights seamlessly integrates across Irth’s product offerings. This role will require you to connect data science, platform engineering, and real-world customer workflows to deliver reliable models and Insight-powered features that drive significant results.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Lead the cross-portfolio Insights roadmap; collaborate with vertical PMs to establish vision, objectives, and success metrics.
- Assess and prioritize AI/ML capabilities and data science initiatives aligned with company strategy and ARR targets.
- Convert market and customer insights into detailed epics, features, and user stories; manage inter-team dependencies.
AI/ML Product Leadership
- Outline requirements for predictive models, image analysis, and probabilistic scoring; work with data science on training, calibration, and accuracy enhancements.
- Oversee model performance assessment and risk calibration; have a comprehensive understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle from training to monitoring.
- Promote transparency and operational confidence in AI-driven decisions among customers and stakeholders.
Execution & Delivery
- Collaborate with UX and engineering teams to deliver user-friendly, Insight-powered workflows integrated into customer operations.
- Ensure release preparedness, documentation, and feature enablement for Insights; serve as the primary contact for complex issues and act as a subject matter expert throughout the development, launch, and adoption phases.
Customer & Market Engagement
- Engage with customers and industry specialists for discovery, feedback, and validation; conduct competitive analysis to enhance user experience and capture market share.
- Work alongside product marketing, sales, and enablement teams on go-to-market strategies for Insight-powered capabilities.
