Introducing Local Business
In the Local Business division, we are developing services that connect neighborhood shop owners with local residents. Our goal is to enhance the discovery of local shops for users while providing tools for business owners to communicate effectively with their neighborhood customers.
Meet the Local Deal Team
The Local Deal team is responsible for creating the 'daangn ultra-special price' pickup service, connecting customers with local shop owners. As a new business initiative, we lead the end-to-end product cycle rapidly, from product-market fit exploration to feature planning and growth execution. We iterate quickly by forming and validating hypotheses based on identified problems. Given the B2C nature of our service, we address the needs of both customers and shop owners, working on solutions for two distinct user groups.
Your Role
- Analyze the impact of product changes on key metrics and propose actionable insights and improvement directions for the team.
- Combine field observations, market understanding, and data analysis to quickly identify needs for customers and shop owners, supporting product decision-making.
- Support the planning of core features for both customer and shop owner products, contributing to usability and conversion improvements.
- Contribute to building an analysis infrastructure that allows for continuous tracking of metrics.
- Manage and improve foundational prompts and skills used for LLM-based data inquiries based on product changes.

Additional Information
- This position is a trial internship with a 3-month contract subject to evaluation for a possible 3-month extension.
