Product Manager, Omnichannel Messaging Platform
Role Overview

As a Product Manager for our Omnichannel Messaging Platform, you'll be at the forefront of transforming how sales and support teams engage across diverse channels including email, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and more. Your goal will be to redefine email as a critical messaging channel while developing a cohesive, AI-driven platform that facilitates seamless and efficient communication. You'll collaborate extensively with Engineering, UX, Research, and Analytics to create impactful, customer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap for HubSpot’s Omnichannel Messaging Platform, with a primary focus on modernizing email functionalities for the future.
- Simplify and enhance complex email structures such as threading, deliverability, access controls, provider integrations, signatures, automations, and message-object associations.
- Develop platform capabilities that enable consistent and scalable messaging across email, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and emerging channels.
- Leverage AI to optimize setup processes, automate support communications, enhance response workflows, and increase sales rep productivity.
- Collaborate closely with Service Hub, Connected Email, CRM, and Deliverability teams to design comprehensive messaging experiences that scale efficiently.
- Balance the constraints of native channels with CRM workflows to deliver intuitive, enterprise-grade omnichannel communication solutions.
- Steer new product ideas from conception to launch, ensuring alignment across engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct interviews with customers to gain insights into their messaging behaviors, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Define, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics that reflect the health, adoption, and effectiveness of the messaging ecosystem.

- Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager in launching messaging or communications products.
- Proficient in collaborating with engineers and designers to create high-quality, user-centric products.
