About Keyrock
Founded in 2017, Keyrock has emerged as a prominent innovator in the digital asset landscape, known for its strategic partnerships and groundbreaking initiatives.
Today, we boast a vibrant team of over 250 individuals from 42 different nationalities, ranging from DeFi experts to PhDs. While we primarily operate remotely, our key hubs are located in London, Madrid, Brussels, Singapore, New York, and Paris, where we frequently organize online and offline gatherings to maintain strong team cohesion.
Keyrock is actively trading on more than 80 exchanges and collaborating with a diverse range of asset issuers. As a well-established market maker, our unique expertise has fostered rapid growth. Our services now encompass market making, options trading, high-frequency trading, OTC, and DeFi trading desks, along with asset and wealth management. We are on a mission to evolve into a comprehensive capital markets and asset & wealth management institution through both organic innovation and strategic growth.
However, we are more than just a service provider; we are innovators. We were among the first to adopt the Rust Development language for our algorithmic trading infrastructures, advocating its application across the industry. By enhancing Web3 ecosystems with liquidity for promising DeFi, RWA, and NFT protocols, we contribute to the industry's advancement through our research and governance efforts.
At Keyrock, we are not merely imagining the future of digital assets; we are actively forging it.
The Mission
We are in search of a Product Manager to spearhead our Platform’s Back Office team, which is essential in ensuring the scalability, transparency, and reliability of our global trading operations.
In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of operational efficiency. Rather than just managing a backlog, you will thrive on transforming operational complexity into streamlined and automated workflows. You will operate at the crucial intersection of Trade Operations, Finance, and Risk, acting as the primary liaison between intricate business requirements and high-performance engineering. Coordination with other teams, such as risk management data layers and compliance initiatives, will also be part of your responsibilities.
Much like an experienced cartographer, you will visualize and clarify previously “invisible” processes, pinpoint areas of inefficiency, and establish the “sources of truth” (including documentation, inventories, and settlement logics) that will empower Keyrock to grow in a regulated, multi-asset environment.
