About the Role
iCapital is seeking a dynamic Analyst or Associate to enhance the Product Marketing efforts for our investment products and technology platforms. This position provides extensive hands-on experience in messaging, sales enablement, product launches, and market execution within a regulated financial services framework. The successful candidate will play a vital role in upholding and executing essential product marketing deliverables while collaborating closely with senior product marketers and cross-functional teams to ensure that all materials are not only accurate but also compliant and well-positioned.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation, maintenance, and revision of product marketing materials including fact sheets, presentations, fund tiles, FAQs, and product updates utilizing established messaging frameworks.
- Guarantee the consistent and precise application of approved language in client-facing and sales enablement materials, adhering to brand, regulatory, and compliance standards.
- Manage version control and organization of approved marketing assets, ensuring teams have access to updated and readily available materials.
- Collaborate with Product, Investments, and Performance teams to gather input for regular updates and convert them into clear, execution-ready materials.
- Support the compliance review and approval process by coordinating submissions, tracking feedback, and managing final approvals and documentation.
- Assist in executing sales enablement strategies, including the preparation of pitch decks, product overviews, competitive analyses, and internal training resources.
- Facilitate product launches and ongoing product readiness by aiding in the preparation of launch communications, user guides, platform overviews, and internal training materials.
- Contribute to campaign and communication execution by coordinating assets, assisting with email distributions, and tracking project timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain competitive and market reference materials by gathering, organizing, and updating publicly available product and feature information.
- Monitor basic adoption, engagement, and campaign performance metrics using existing dashboards and templates, and prepare summary reports.
- Work collaboratively with international and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment, accuracy, and timely delivery of materials.
- Assist with preparing audience lists, updates to segmentation, and logistics for distribution.
