Join Weave as a Product Marketing Associate, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative and market presence of our innovative product line, including our flagship platform and the cutting-edge AI solution, TrueLark. In this strategic position, you will bridge customer insights with product positioning, ensuring our offerings stand out in the SMB and mid-market healthcare sectors. Collaborate closely with teams across Product, Sales, Customer Experience, Enablement, and Marketing to articulate our product stories, establish competitive differentiation, and equip our go-to-market teams with impactful content and messaging. This role requires a unique mix of strategic insight, storytelling prowess, market analysis, project management, and hands-on execution.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in-office attendance at our Lehi, Utah headquarters.
You will report directly to the Product Marketing Lead.
Key Responsibilities
As a Product Marketing Associate, you will take ownership of the following:
Product Positioning & Messaging: Define and enhance Weave’s product positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies for our current and future offerings.
Launch Coordination: Manage the comprehensive process of our monthly product launches and enablement, including the creation of training materials, communication content, and alignment across marketing, sales, customer success, and partner channels.
Market Research: Conduct ongoing analysis of customer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies to guide our product roadmap and marketing initiatives.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with our Sales Enablement Team to develop and deliver training materials, videos, case studies, and tools that empower our Sales and Partner teams to effectively demonstrate value and close sales.
Customer Advocacy: Utilize our database to initiate customer interviews, synthesize insights, and represent Go-to-Market teams in company-wide customer voice initiatives to craft compelling narratives and integrate feedback into product strategies.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the liaison between Product Management and Go-to-Market teams to ensure cohesive messaging and successful execution.
