Key Responsibilities
As the Product Marketing Manager at BambooHR, you will spearhead the planning and execution of pivotal go-to-market (GTM) strategies and product launches aimed at bolstering our business success. Your expertise in product benefits and market fit will enable you to convey our compelling value proposition effectively to both the market and our customers. Our exceptional product, aligned with a focused mission, deserves to be recognized! As a vital member of our outstanding Product Marketing Team, you will delve into our product features and competitive positioning, crafting innovative deliverables such as messaging, sales collateral, launch materials, and marketing content.
You will:
- Formulate and drive comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives and foster growth.
- Conduct thorough market and competitor analyses to uncover unique messaging opportunities and market potential.
- Refine and define our product’s messaging and positioning to enhance awareness and demand.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing Communications, Demand Generation, and other teams to promote growth and customer success.
- Create impactful sales pitches and persuasive assets that highlight our leading HR software solutions.
- Generate internal enthusiasm for the launch of new products/offerings and prepare the organization for market introduction.
- Work closely with product management to contribute to the product roadmap based on market feedback and emerging trends.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and authority on target audiences, supporting internal teams in meeting their KPIs and business goals.
