The Role
Join Teachstone as a Product Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role at the crossroads of product innovation, marketing strategy, sales initiatives, and customer success. You will take charge of how our products are positioned, launched, and perceived in the marketplace.
Your mission will be to craft compelling product narratives, spearhead launches, empower our go-to-market teams, and anchor our strategies in profound customer and market insights. You will engage with a diverse portfolio of products, services, and educational solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and measurable business outcomes.
As a key partner to the Product and Growth teams, you will champion clarity, consistency, and value within Teachstone’s product ecosystem.
What You’ll Own
Product Launches & Go-to-Market Execution
- Lead comprehensive go-to-market planning and execution for new products, significant releases, and bundled offerings.
- Collaborate with Product, Demand Generation, Sales, Partnership Success, and Enablement teams to synchronize timing, messaging, and activation strategies.
- Translate product features into clear, market-ready narratives and launch materials.
Product Positioning & Messaging
- Develop and uphold compelling value propositions, positioning statements, and messaging frameworks rooted in customer needs and outcomes.
- Ensure consistent and differentiated product messaging across various platforms, including the web, marketing campaigns, sales materials, customer communications, and events.
- Serve as the final authority on product language and narrative quality.
Customer & Market Insight
- Gain a deep understanding of customer segments, use cases, and purchasing dynamics through interviews, win/loss analysis, and targeted research.
- Stay attuned to the competitive landscape and evolving market needs to inform product positioning and roadmap discussions.
- Incorporate the customer voice and market evidence into cross-functional decision-making.
Sales Enablement
- Create enablement resources (web pages, sell sheets, videos, etc.) that empower Sales and Customer Success teams to confidently convey the product narrative.
- Maintain and enhance an internal product catalog that promotes clarity, alignment, and consistency across teams.
Measurement & Learning
- Establish success metrics for product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Analyze performance and adoption data to inform ongoing improvements and strategy iterations.
