Your Role as Product Marketing Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager with a passion for customer engagement to lead our marketing initiatives for the OnePay Family Product. You will be responsible for crafting and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance activation, usage, and retention through diverse channels including email, push notifications, in-app communications, and more.
In this role, you will manage the engagement marketing roadmap, prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, and leverage data insights to drive marketing effectiveness. Collaborating closely with Product and Analytics teams, you will significantly enhance the cardholder experience from initial interaction to fostering long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Designing and optimizing omnichannel lifecycle marketing campaigns.
Driving customer activation, engagement, retention, referrals, and cross-sell initiatives.
Owning and executing the engagement marketing strategy based on business goals and customer insights.
Leading A/B testing strategies to optimize content, offers, timing, and audience segmentation.
Forging strong cross-functional partnerships with Product, Analytics, Creative, Marketing Ops, and Legal teams.
