Your Role
The Product Marketing team at Pindrop plays a crucial role in delivering tailored solutions to the healthcare sector by fusing technical, regulatory, and ethical insights with engaging, customer-centric narratives. This is a vital position that collaborates closely with our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to establish the healthcare vertical for Pindrop.
In this position, you will:
- Oversee and assist in the planning, launch, and cross-departmental implementation of new healthcare-focused products and features, including AI-powered authentication, fraud prevention, and deepfake detection, all tailored to meet the demands of data privacy and compliance.
- Work in collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and external stakeholders on intricate projects, employing strong project management skills and exceptional organizational abilities to drive initiatives that utilize emerging AI technologies within healthcare.
- Quickly develop and test technical content and marketing campaigns that communicate the advantages of AI and machine learning solutions to clinical and administrative audiences in healthcare, avoiding technical jargon.
- Map the healthcare buyer journey, develop target personas, and analyze competitive landscapes with an emphasis on how Pindrop's AI-driven and regulatory-compliant offerings stand out in the healthcare market.
- Create educational resources for customers and partners that effectively convey the value of both traditional and AI-enhanced products across Payors, Providers, and Partners.
- Take ownership of producing and reviewing all product and market claims, collateral, and references to confirm the accuracy regarding AI capabilities, responsible usage, HIPAA/FDA compliance, and ethical AI implementation in healthcare.
- Keep a close eye on healthcare trends, competitive dynamics, US and global regulations (such as HIPAA, HITRUST), and best practices for bias mitigation in AI, integrating these insights into positioning, enablement, and communication with stakeholders.
