Role Overview
The Product Marketing Manager will spearhead the expansion of Phamily’s tech-driven care transformation services into the enterprise healthcare sector, including health systems and large physician networks. This pivotal role bridges Product, Marketing, and Sales, effectively communicating the value of Phamily’s AI-enhanced care management solutions to healthcare organizations.
In this capacity, the Product Marketing Manager will distill Phamily’s complex care management solutions into engaging, outcome-oriented messaging, demonstrating how our offerings integrate into provider environments. This role is crucial in assisting clinical and operational leaders in enhancing patient outcomes, optimizing care delivery, and driving revenue through proactive care initiatives. Responsibilities will include product and service launches, creating sales enablement resources, and maintaining consistent messaging across marketing and sales channels.
This position marks a new venture at Phamily, where we intend to blend traditional product marketing best practices with innovative AI strategies to create a superior, scalable approach from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage regularly with customers, prospects, and industry analysts to gather insights that refine positioning, guide product development, and uncover new opportunities.
- Support enterprise deals through tailored positioning, objection handling, and competitive differentiation, while establishing a win-loss analysis program to enhance messaging and strategy.
- Collaborate with Product, Solutions, and Business Intelligence teams to compile and present customer performance data and outcomes as compelling proof points (case studies, ROI data, clinical results), managing the project timelines for these initiatives.
- Build and sustain a comprehensive content strategy to effectively communicate customer success stories.
