We are currently seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Product Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the intersection of product development, marketing, and growth initiatives—shaping strategies, guiding roadmaps, and enhancing product adoption through creative launches, insightful analysis, and compelling storytelling.
This position is perfect for a motivated PMM who is eager to make a significant impact, possesses strategic thinking skills, and has a genuine passion for introducing fintech products to the market. You will take charge of product positioning, collaborate with product teams to influence development, and engage with various departments to ensure our product delivers substantial customer value and supports ongoing growth. From the initial ideation phase to successful product launches, you will work with cross-functional teams to define positioning and messaging, develop go-to-market strategies, establish pricing and packaging, and gather insights through market research and competitive analysis. Your role will not just support GTM efforts; it will actively shape them, with a strong emphasis on experimentation, conversion, and storytelling that resonates with users.

Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Strategy: Assist in the planning and execution of go-to-market launches for new products, features, and key initiatives, ensuring they are driven by customer insights and aligned with strategic business objectives.
Customer Insights: Engage in research to uncover user needs, challenges, and competitive landscapes. Transform these insights into clear, customer-focused messaging for both internal and external stakeholders.
Messaging & Storytelling: Collaborate with Product, Brand, and Growth teams to develop compelling narratives that communicate product value and differentiation, enhance product adoption, and share insights. Ensure consistent messaging across all customer interactions to foster cohesive experiences.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on go-to-market performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and product engagement to inform future strategies and initiatives.
