About the Role
We are seeking our second marketing hire to spearhead impactful initiatives in product marketing and content creation. You will collaborate closely with product, design, customer success, and the founding team to effectively launch new product features and articulate their value throughout the marketing funnel.
This is a zero-to-one position: you will play a crucial role in defining our marketing strategies, experimenting with various channels, and establishing the framework for launching, positioning, and scaling new products.
What You’ll Do
- Develop clear, persuasive messaging for product features and updates across our social media platforms and website.
- Design and implement go-to-market strategies for product launches utilizing web, email, in-product, and social channels.
- Create internal enablement materials (such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and battlecards) to support Sales and Customer Success Managers.
- Collaborate with design and growth teams to produce creative assets and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct customer interviews and competitive research to refine product positioning.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to influence the product roadmap based on customer insights.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.
You’re a Good Fit If You...
- Possess 2-5 years of experience in product marketing or growth marketing within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Have exceptional writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
