What We’re Looking For:
We are in search of a data-driven Operations Manager with a background in Consulting, Operations, Finance, or Technology. In this pivotal role, you'll join Tide’s Payments Operations team, collaborating with various departments, including member support, financial crime, finance, tech, and product, as well as our suppliers and Tide Members.
As a Product Operations Manager specializing in Cards at Tide, you will work with a dynamic team of motivated, talented Tideans who are passionate about collaboration and dedicated to helping clients achieve their business aspirations. As an Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in our Cards Operations team, where you will:
- Manage, monitor, and replenish our card stock levels
- Coordinate with key stakeholders on card-related matters
- Conduct analysis and reporting on existing card features, bugs, and potential new products
