Who Are We Looking For?
The role of a Product Owner/Business Analyst is pivotal in bridging the expectations of stakeholders, development teams, and end-users. This position combines business acumen, analytical skills, and a solid grasp of agile methodologies. The Product Owner/Business Analyst acts as a liaison between enterprise stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that the product vision is translated into actionable requirements and delivered effectively.
Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
Product Vision & Strategy:
- Serve as the primary contact point for stakeholders (business, clients, and development teams).
- Gather feedback, insights, and requirements from business owners, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure the product meets their needs.
- Organize regular feedback and review sessions with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap outlining product features, enhancements, and deliverables.
Requirements Documentation & Backlog Management:
- Create detailed business and functional requirements documentation.
- Establish, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and feasibility for the development team.
- Draft detailed user stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure clarity of requirements.
- Continuously prioritize tasks based on business value, market demand, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, including software engineers, designers, and testers, to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and priorities.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
Quality Assurance & Testing:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, ensuring delivered features meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and user needs.
