- Collaborate with Product Managers to craft, sustain, and communicate a compelling product roadmap in line with strategic business objectives.
- Develop and prioritize a well-structured product backlog, ensuring that all features and user stories are clearly defined with acceptance criteria.
- Write detailed user stories and perform extensive requirements analysis to convert complex business needs into actionable development tasks.
- Set sprint goals and work with development teams during planning sessions to ensure clarity and alignment on deliverables.
- Conduct user journey mapping and usability testing to gauge customer needs and validate product decisions through data-driven insights.
- Formally accept completed work, ensuring it meets quality standards and acceptance criteria prior to release.
- Manage dependencies across teams, communicating build progress, expected delivery timelines, and product performance to stakeholders.
- Facilitate product discovery activities by elaborating features from the roadmap and conducting ROI analysis for build approval.
- Ensure Non-Functional Requirements are documented, maintained, and tested throughout the product lifecycle.
- Actively engage in agile ceremonies and scaled agile events, fostering agile principles and driving continuous improvement through iterative cycles.
- Utilize business systems knowledge, industry requirements, and practical implications to guide informed product priorities.
- Analyze product performance metrics and KPIs to propose data-driven solutions and strategies to the Product Manager.
- Own the product vision and roadmap for fraud detection and prevention capabilities.
- Translate business, risk, and regulatory requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog according to fraud risk, customer impact, and ROI.
- Collaborate with data science teams on fraud models, rules engines, and machine-learning initiatives.
