As the Product Publishing Manager at Tamatem, you will spearhead the publishing strategy and execution for our live titles or assist an existing manager. This pivotal role bridges marketing, community engagement, and product development, ensuring that our games connect with players, target the right audiences, and achieve exceptional commercial success.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily publishing operations, formulating go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and enhancing player engagement. You will work collaboratively across teams to ensure that campaigns, live operations, and content align with both player expectations and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
● Game Launch & GTM
○ Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for assigned titles, ensuring that campaigns are tailored, innovative, and resonate with identified player demographics.
● Publishing Operations
○ Manage daily publishing tasks (live operations calendars, event launches, campaign performance tracking).
○ Collaborate with external product managers or developers to ensure that publishing plans complement in-game features and updates.
● Community & Player Insights
○ Partner with community managers to engage players and systematically collect, analyze, and apply player feedback.
○ Convert player insights into actionable publishing strategies.
● Market & Commercial Awareness
○ Analyze competitor launches and market trends within the MENA region.
○ Benchmark features, pricing, and market trends to support revenue optimization through pricing, promotions, and offer design.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration
○ Collaborate with User Acquisition, creative, localization, and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
○ Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners (when applicable).

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in game publishing, product marketing, or related fields.
- Proven track record in executing marketing or publishing campaigns for digital products, ideally mobile games.
- Deep understanding of player behavior, market trends, and community dynamics in the MENA region.
- Robust project management skills: adept at coordinating with multiple stakeholders and meeting deadlines. A results-oriented professional.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
