Our Gaming division comprises experts in hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core genres. The 'Core' games team collaborates with both internal and external studios globally to create, develop, and launch new blockbuster games, while our 'Live' games team focuses on enhancing player engagement across our established titles. You will be part of the studio responsible for This is Blast!, one of our thriving hybrid-casual puzzle games that continues to evolve and attract new players.
Your Role
As a Product Specialist for This is Blast!, you will take the lead in managing the game's live operations, ensuring seamless releases, exciting live events, and top-notch player experiences. This multifaceted role combines LiveOps management, Quality Assurance (QA) testing, and project coordination, with a strong emphasis on QA. You will collaborate closely with our Product Manager and cross-functional teams to implement features, manage release timelines, and ensure each update delights our growing player community. This position offers a unique opportunity to directly influence a rapidly scaling product while honing your skills in project management, data analysis, and game operations.
Plan, coordinate, and execute live events, seasonal content, and in-game promotions
Oversee the live content calendar and liaise with design, engineering, and marketing teams
Monitor event performance and player engagement metrics to enhance future activations
Manage game release schedules and ensure smooth implementation across teams
Conduct comprehensive QA testing for new features, events, and content prior to releases
Identify, document, and track bugs until resolution
Develop and maintain QA workflows and testing protocols
Monitor game performance and gather player feedback and key metrics
Provide insights on game performance and identify opportunities for enhancement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in game production, live operations, or project management
- Strong understanding of mobile gaming and player engagement strategies
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience with QA processes and bug tracking systems
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player needs
