As a Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our innovative medical devices to both new and existing clients within the healthcare sector. Your responsibilities will include regular customer visits and after-sales support, ensuring that clients are well-informed about product enhancements and receiving top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify and create needs for Imdad products among prospective clients, while keeping them updated on product modifications and enhancements.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with both existing and new customers to promote Imdad's offerings and explore further business opportunities.
- Generate and cultivate new client business accounts.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations or presentations at customer sites, employing effective negotiation techniques to close sales.
- Gather essential information regarding new prospects and clients, including ownership details, relevant medical personnel, and equipment status, while ensuring the customer database is accurately updated.
- Provide weekly sales and marketing reports in a timely manner.
- Assist in managing accounts receivables for assigned sales accounts.
- Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers, healthcare professionals, and client personnel, working towards continuous enhancement of these relationships.
- Leverage the company’s sales aids and marketing data effectively to secure deals.
- Participate actively in conferences and workshops.
- Conduct professional in-service training for end-users on system applications.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and pricing changes.
