The primary role of the Product Specialist is to strategically manage and cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals and pharmacies within the assigned territory, enhancing the visibility and proper utilization of Allergan's aesthetic products. This position collaborates closely with affiliate sales management to devise and execute effective sales strategies that drive performance and ensure the achievement of growth targets while fostering long-term loyalty among clients built on ethical principles.
Location Preference: Kyiv.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Commercial Management
- Accountable for driving sales performance by engaging with customers to facilitate order placements and communicate the commercial policy alongside seasonal benefits.
- Meet or exceed quantitative sales objectives within the designated geographic area.
- Formulate sales strategies in alignment with Allergan's overarching strategic direction.
- Enhance market share of Allergan products in the territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders.
Customer Relationship Management
- Establish enduring relationships with customers based on ethical practices.
- Deliver presentations and organize events for healthcare professionals, while also engaging in one-on-one consultations.
- Provide comprehensive training and support on the optimal use of Allergan products.
- Identify and cultivate new opportunities for strategic partnerships and target group development in the territory.
Planning
- Strategically plan daily activities to meet assigned sales targets effectively.
- Optimize customer interaction time through efficient monthly and daily scheduling using a CRM system and monitoring key performance indicators.
- Utilize budget resources effectively.
- Continuously update the business plan and implement improvements.
- Abide by the company's ethical standards and promotional strategies.
