Join our team as a Product Support Supervisor!
In this pivotal role, you will oversee and enhance the short-term activities of our Product Technicians in designated support disciplines, including on-site support, repairs, testing, commissioning, and inspections. You will ensure efficient supervision of your direct reports while providing exceptional technical support to both local teams and clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and directing day-to-day support activities to ensure effective delegation and outstanding client satisfaction.
- Delivering commercial support technical activities, leveraging your expertise to advise the Technology Field Support Manager.
- Identifying and implementing innovative solutions to address management challenges within the technical support infrastructure.
- Issuing accurate Repair Quotes and ensuring all pricing and recoverables are captured effectively.
- Tracking and advancing customer Purchase Orders, ensuring timely dispatch of inspection reports and schedules.
- Handling customer inquiries regarding availability and lead times with professionalism.
- Reporting financial figures monthly to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Sourcing and procuring necessary components and materials while resolving any supply or quality issues with vendors.
- Managing stock items required for repairs and executing invoicing processes efficiently.
This position is situated within the Product - Field Support department at a GBG7 level.
