Role Overview
We are in search of a proactive Product & Testing Manager who will be instrumental in overseeing daily product operations and ensuring product excellence. Collaborating closely with the Head of Product, you will manage the execution of processes ranging from sprint planning to testing and release management. This hybrid role combines elements of Product Management and Quality Assurance, making it ideal for individuals who relish the challenge of both product development and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
Product Operations & Delivery
Facilitate and enhance product workflows, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management.
Serve as a liaison between Product, Engineering, Design, and Sales teams.
Convert customer insights, market trends, and business objectives into actionable product requirements.
Play a key role in shaping and implementing the product roadmap.
Quality Assurance & Testing
Develop and uphold test plans and scenarios for new product features.
Conduct manual testing for each product release.
Collaborate with engineering teams to devise end-to-end testing strategies.
Contribute to enhancing automated testing frameworks.
Champion high product quality and advocate for continuous improvements in QA processes.
Documentation & Communication
Maintain comprehensive internal and external product documentation.
Contribute to the development of knowledge bases and help center content.
Draft product updates and facilitate internal communications, such as newsletters.
Conduct research and apply best practices to improve product quality.
