About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Production Business Relationship Manager (PBRM) to act as a pivotal operator in our distribution engine. While our Business Development Associates (BDAs) seek new business and our Business Development Managers (BDMs) design portfolio strategies, the PBRM will ensure a seamless transition from indicated to bound premium. Your primary mission will be to boost the conversion rates of indicated and quoted opportunities by efficiently managing the post-indication lifecycle.
You will serve as the single point of accountability for agents after indication, minimizing friction, maintaining timeline discipline, and safeguarding underwriting resources by ensuring that only 'bind-ready' deals progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conversion & Velocity Management: Drive conversion excellence by managing the mid-funnel pipeline to achieve target conversion rates and maintain momentum by reducing the average days to bind.
- Agent Enablement & Accountability: Act as the main contact for agents post-indication, clearly communicating requirements and holding them accountable to timelines.
- Underwriting Support & Protection: Validate submissions and confirm agent intent to protect underwriting capacity.
- Data Discipline & Insights: Maintain CRM accuracy and provide insights to leadership on pipeline trends.
