Context
Join the Internal IT Department of our client, where you will be part of a team responsible for the industrialization, operation, and monitoring of business applications.
The role encompasses both project activities (BUILD) and operations (RUN / Level 2-3 support) in a demanding and ever-evolving technical environment.
You will collaborate across teams including development, architecture, infrastructure, and security to ensure optimal performance, availability, and reliability of our platforms.
Main Responsibilities
1. BUILD Activities (Projects)
- Contribute to the design, automation, and industrialization of CI/CD pipelines.
- Integrate new applications into the IT system: scoping, installation, configuration, and production rollout.
- Establish and maintain deployment tools (XLD/XLR) and scheduling tools (VTOM, Control-M).
- Assist in drafting operational standards and technical documentation.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure operational aspects are considered from the design phase.
2. RUN / Operations Activities
- Ensure daily availability of applications and infrastructures (Windows, Linux, OpenShift).
- Manage level 2/3 production incidents: diagnosis, resolution, and coordination.
- Monitor performance, capacity, and stability using monitoring tools (Zabbix).
- Implement reliability, optimization, and automation actions.
- Participate in production rollouts and technical on-call duties.
Technical Environment
- Systems: Windows Server, Linux
- Databases: MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle
- Containers & Orchestrators: OpenShift (Kubernetes experience preferred)
- CI/CD: XLDeploy, XLRelease, Jenkins, Bitbucket
- Scheduling: VTOM, Control-M
- Monitoring: Zabbix
- A solid understanding of DevOps and application production is expected.
