As the Production Facility Manager for one of our 11 Vestcom Production Facilities across the United States, you will play a pivotal role in leading daily operations. This position requires a strong leader who operates with autonomy, demonstrating sound judgment and discretion with limited supervision. Your leadership will guide and develop a manufacturing team of approximately 130 employees, ensuring the achievement of service level agreements and delivering exceptional quality results to our customers. You will serve as the main point of contact for all activities at the site.
► Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the assigned Vestcom production facility, collaborating closely with client experience/delivery specialists, IT, HR, and Finance.
Maintain quality measurements and ensure on-time, complete deliveries while promoting a culture of safety and health compliance.
Foster relationships within the organization by coaching and developing employees, driving high performance and engagement.
Employ a continuous improvement mindset to manage productivity, scheduling, capacity, costs, and inventory using data-driven approaches.
Create an environment of respect, open communication, and continuous feedback across the facility.
Establish annual goals and development plans for your direct reports, ensuring effective communication and project management.
Assess and escalate concerns to Vestcom management with proposed solutions as necessary.
Manage staffing, hiring, and temporary agency partnerships in collaboration with HR.
Work with the Director to set and manage the annual budget for the facility aligned with corporate objectives.
Supervise facility and equipment maintenance requirements, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Measure performance against process requirements, quality goals, and service level agreements.
