Job Mission
As a Production Planner II at ASM, you will be instrumental in ensuring efficient production operations and timely delivery of our state-of-the-art semiconductor equipment. You will collaborate with various teams to manage BOM structures, engineering changes, and production schedules, enhancing efficiency and quality in a fast-paced environment. Your contributions will directly support ASM's mission to deliver pioneering technology for the world's most innovative devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee BOM and multi-level BOM structures for semiconductor manufacturing.
- Manage labor hours, cost analysis, and shipment fulfillment.
- Conduct prompt and accurate project analyses to ensure effective demand loading, change management, and milestone achievements for successful project closure and on-time shipment.
- Develop and prepare production schedules that align with manufacturing milestones and build plans.
- Drive collaboration among cross-functional teams to meet critical deadlines: Assembly Start, PMCD, and shipment timelines.
- Manage engineering and configuration changes using SAP and TeamCenter.
- Act as the primary liaison between Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Shipping departments.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements in a dynamic setting.
- Implement process improvements to meet cycle time and delivery requirements.
