About the Role

Your Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Production Support Engineer to serve as the initial point of contact for platform incidents. Your primary focus will be to identify issues, assess whether they are bugs, failures, or configuration errors, and escalate as needed. Collaborating closely with engineering, product, and QA teams, your goal will be to maintain seamless operations. If you thrive on problem-solving and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this position is ideal for you.
Your First Month at Fever:
- Familiarize yourself with the platform’s features, architecture, and configuration.
- Observe team members to grasp incident management and prioritization.
- Take responsibility for straightforward incidents with guidance.
- Engage with key teams: Engineering, Product, Data, and Systems to comprehend collaborative workflows.
