Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and test hardware products following established work instructions and procedures.
- Install and configure software according to order and configuration specifications.
- Inspect incoming materials and components for quality assurance, defects, and compliance with specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues with non-conforming components or assemblies.
- Operate and maintain testing equipment, including bench-top instruments and proprietary tools.
- Assemble, debug, and support custom test boards and fixtures.
- Assist in the installation, qualification, and maintenance of production equipment.
- Prepare and coordinate outbound shipments for customer orders.
- Adhere to safety protocols while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Contribute to general production operations and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as required to support team objectives.
Qualifications
Education
- Associate degree or relevant technical training in electronics, engineering technology, or a related field.
Experience
- 0–1 year of experience in a production, manufacturing, or technical setting.
- Experience with electromechanical assembly, box build, or basic PCB/programming is advantageous.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Basic understanding of electronics and experience using electronic test equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with computer-based or hardware systems.
- Prior experience in a testing, lab, or technical production environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and precision.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Self-motivated with a strong emphasis on safety, adherence to processes, and achieving results.
