Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a secure and visible presence on-site
- Monitor and report any unusual activities or incidents
- Enforce property rules and regulations effectively
- Communicate clearly with clients, dispatch, and supervisors
- Complete detailed and timely activity reports
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Tennessee Armed Guard License
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation and a functioning phone are required
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adhere to post instructions
- Professional appearance and conduct are mandatory
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in security, military, or law enforcement roles
Work Schedule:
- Morning shifts required Tuesday through Sunday
- Enjoy Mondays off
- Additional assignments may be available
