YOUR IMPACT
The Professional Services Consultant plays a crucial role in helping Redwood’s clients—from Fortune global enterprises to mid-sized businesses—harness our solutions to drive automation across diverse and complex platforms and enterprise business applications including SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, data warehousing, and OS tasks.
The responsibilities encompass product installation and configuration, training sessions, conducting workshops, and offering best practices guidance to advance our customers’ automation objectives.
- Assist customers with installation, configuration, training, and utilization of Redwood solutions.
- Conduct analysis, scoping, and effort estimations to satisfy customer requirements.
- Provide configuration, architecture, and installation recommendations based on product best practices and customer needs.
- Collaborate with other Redwood resources, including Engagement Managers, to update project status, timelines, effort, and expected completion.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with business and technical stakeholders.
- Utilize supporting materials (project plan templates, architecture diagrams, etc.) to communicate findings and recommendations.
