Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Achieving sales, gross profit, and profit-sharing targets through the recruitment, development, training, coaching, evaluation, and management of the Profit Centre Team
- Identifying potential customer accounts, setting sales goals, and ensuring accountability for achieving those goals
- Analyzing financial reports to develop strategies for increasing sales and margins, enhancing productivity, and managing assets and expenses
- Building community relationships to understand the marketplace, expand market share, and identify new opportunities
- Ensuring the Profit Centre meets or exceeds customer service expectations
- Overseeing all marketing initiatives and purchasing agreements
- Complying with safety regulations at all customer locations and within the Profit Centre
- Safeguarding all Profit Centre assets, including buildings, trucks, equipment, inventory, and receivables
- Performing additional tasks as requested by the Regional Manager or President
