Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Recruitment Program Specialists to provide exceptional service to clients.
Handle back-end operational and administrative support tasks, including updates to the hiring manager, cost center, end date, and customer-defined fields within the vendor management system.
Input new contractor profiles and assignment details into the VMS (e.g., Beeline, IQN).
Support Recruitment Program Specialists with contract assignment extensions.
Conduct new hire orientation sessions for contractors.
Coordinate with managers, vendors, and the security department to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed prior to the start and end of assignments.
Ensure all work orders are closed in the VMS upon notification of assignment completion.
Notify the security department when assignments end.
Assist in the collection of contractor hours and approval of time by hiring managers.
Engage regularly through email, VOP, and phone with hiring managers, supplier partners (recruitment agencies), contract personnel, and other stakeholders.
Work closely with supplier partners to ensure timely completion of new hire paperwork for prompt contractor onboarding.
Document all client and supplier inquiries in Salesforce.com or a similar tool/MIS.
Help generate and review standard program reports as requested.
Provide general program, operational, and system user support.
Ensure adherence to client policies, guidelines, and processes.
Maintain data integrity and collaborate effectively with team members.
