Job Summary
Frontera is looking for a detail-oriented, strategic, and proactive Program Manager to oversee the daily operations and strategic implementation of the Starter Program. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Enablement to manage fellows, facilitate cross-functional team coordination, streamline processes, and ensure the program achieves measurable outcomes. This position is perfect for individuals who excel in fast-paced, evolving environments and thrive on creating structure from uncertainty.
Key Responsibilities
Program Operations & Execution
- Oversee every facet of the Starter Program, including scheduling, fellow onboarding, cohort tracking, and daily logistics.
- Serve as the primary contact for fellows, offering guidance, support, and necessary resources.
- Monitor program milestones, deliverables, and KPIs to guarantee successful implementation.
- Collaborate with clinical, enablement, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on program initiatives.
- Identify challenges and implement solutions to maintain program efficiency.
Strategic Program Management
- Partner with the Head of Enablement to enhance program strategy, structure, and scaling methodologies.
- Gather, analyze, and report program data to uncover improvement opportunities.
- Convert fellow feedback and operational insights into actionable recommendations.
- Assist in the development of curriculum, processes, and tools to continuously improve the program.
