Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 8 years of comprehensive experience in Program Management or overseeing large-scale projects.
• At least 5 years of direct experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of the Healthcare sector (Payer, Provider, or Health Services), with a solid grasp of sales and broker operations.
• Proven ability to lead multi-vendor, cross-functional projects.
• Extensive proficiency in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Take ownership of and manage comprehensive Sales CRM programs utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365, covering various workstreams, releases, and geographical areas.
• Define the program's scope, objectives, performance metrics, and delivery roadmaps in alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate integrated planning across Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, integrative processes, data migration, reporting, and user engagement.
• Ensure adherence to delivery commitments regarding schedule, budget, quality, and scope.
• Act as the main liaison for client leadership, sales operations, IT, compliance, and external vendors.
• Establish and maintain program governance, including steering committees, executive reviews, RAID management, and status updates.
• Convert business requirements from Sales, Broker, Marketing, and Provider teams into actionable CRM program outputs.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and escalations with well-defined mitigation strategies.
• Confirm that CRM solutions comply with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, PHI management, and data privacy standards.
• Collaborate with compliance, security, and legal teams to integrate controls within Dynamics 365 workflows and integrations.
• Support audit readiness and maintain documentation for healthcare-specific controls and reporting.
• Oversee integrations between Dynamics 365 and upstream/downstream systems such as enrollment, claims, billing, provider data, analytics, and marketing platforms.
• Guide teams on best practices regarding Dynamics 365 architecture, release management, and environment strategy.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners to ensure scalable, secure, and future-ready CRM solutions.
• Oversee program budgets, forecasts, and resource plans, including onshore and offshore delivery models.
• Monitor benefits realization, ROI, and value delivery linked to sales productivity, pipeline transparency, and operational efficiency.
• Assist in the execution of SOW, manage change requests, and oversee commercial governance as needed.
