The Opportunity
We are at the forefront of addressing the world’s complex challenges at the intersection of AI and Quantum technology. To succeed, we need to attract and retain the finest talent. We are seeking our inaugural Total Rewards Manager to spearhead the development of our global compensation and benefits programs, reporting directly to the Head of People Operations and Programs. This role is a unique blend of strategy and execution, where you will build upon foundational elements such as Job Levels, Salary Bands, and Equity Strategy necessary for scaling our operations.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who is capable of crafting and administering our evolving total rewards strategy. Currently, you will be a team of one, but you will collaborate closely with a network that supports your initiatives. Your role will involve partnering with the broader people function and finance team to achieve results, while also effectively communicating the comprehensive value of our total rewards package to employees.
