Key Responsibilities:
Manage the service delivery for the program, coordinating effectively with clients and TransPerfect teams across various locations.
Drive organizational excellence by establishing operational benchmarks, defining timelines, and allocating resources necessary to reach strategic goals, while proactively suggesting improvements.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and execute new initiatives aimed at advancing process improvements, quality procedures, and workflow efficiencies.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and setting realistic service and delivery expectations that are consistently met.
Educate clients on defined processes and industry best practices to foster trust in our program services and solutions.
Work alongside internal teams to strengthen client relationships and support the development of new business opportunities, driving overall profitable revenue growth.
Identify gaps and trends to assist the Client Services team in maximizing revenue potential through service expansion or diversification.
Partner with the Production team to develop new offerings and assist client-facing teams in creating compelling value propositions.
Foster and enhance relationships among the diverse teams involved in the account.
