As a Program Marketing Manager at RealTime Solutions, you will play a crucial role in executing and overseeing innovative marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing awareness, engagement, and participation in the Foodservice Rewards program. This highly execution-driven position involves transforming brand strategy and messaging into impactful, measurable marketing initiatives across various channels. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for daily campaign execution, coordinating marketing deliverables, and tracking performance metrics. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely campaign launches that align with program priorities and are continuously optimized based on performance results.

Your Impact:
- Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns for the Foodservice Rewards program, including email, promotional, and partner initiatives, ensuring timely project launches that align with program goals.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and the marketing team to support campaign planning, translating strategy into clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work cross-functionally with design, digital, and sales teams to create campaign assets, manage approvals, and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Assist in managing manufacturer co-promotions, including campaign setup, asset coordination, and post-campaign performance analysis.
- Maintain and implement lifecycle marketing initiatives, including segmentation, automation support, and testing to enhance engagement and participation.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to guide future optimizations and program growth.
