Position Overview:
The Program Supervisor, Patient Services (Non-Clinical) plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing our intake teams. These teams are responsible for triaging calls, facilitating enrollment processes, and conducting benefits investigations. The Supervisor will design and implement operational strategies to enhance service center efficiency, optimize systems and processes, exceed quality benchmarks, foster relationships with business partners, and provide guidance and support for team development. This role demands exceptional leadership, coordination, scheduling, recruiting, communication, staff development, project leadership, and process redesign skills.
- Establish, monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs related to effective patient access processes and initiatives.
- Recruit, lead, and nurture departmental associates; provide training, constructive feedback, and development opportunities; mentor associates to ensure their success; manage performance effectively.
- Collaborate with call center management to implement programs that enhance conversion, compliance, and adherence.
- Coordinate and oversee special cross-functional projects.
- Deliver presentations to external audiences, primarily healthcare providers and insurers.
