The Programmatic Buying Unit (PBU) Manager plays a pivotal role in leading, developing, and managing a talented team of programmatic executives and specialists. This position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional programmatic media buying and campaign execution across designated client portfolios, focusing on platforms such as DV360, Google Ads, YouTube, and The Trade Desk. The PBU Manager also contributes directly to campaign execution and optimization as a senior expert, driving campaign performance through strategic oversight, hands-on optimization, and rigorous KPI management while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
