As a key member of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will collaborate with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver impactful solutions in a diverse, multicultural setting. We seek a Programmatic Manager who will:
- Foster strong relationships with counterparts in WPP GOC regional teams (Europe, U.S., Asia).
- Lead the development and growth of your local programmatic team.
- Implement DV360 and TrueView best practices, ensuring platform expertise, consistency, and high-quality work delivery.
- Ensure consistent work output to WPP GOC regional teams by maintaining a high quality of deliverables.
- Act as a point of escalation for your team and take ownership of resolving challenges.
- Facilitate career development and coaching for your team, promoting improvement and progress.
- Support capacity planning and resource management for your team.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
