Role Summary and Impact
As a member of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will collaborate with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver impactful solutions in a multicultural and collaborative setting. We seek a Programmatic Manager who will:
- Foster robust relationships with counterparts in WPP GOC regional teams (Europe, U.S., Asia).
- Lead the training and development of your local programmatic team.
- Implement DV360 and TrueView best practices, prioritizing platform expertise, consistency, and quality in work delivery.
- Ensure high-quality output and consistent work delivery to WPP GOC regional teams.
- Act as the escalation point for your team, taking ownership in resolving challenges.
- Provide career development and coaching for your team, recognizing achievements and fostering progress.
- Assist with capacity planning and resource management for the team.
- Communicate effectively across all levels.
