Deloitte is seeking a seasoned Programme Manager / Solutions Architect for a two-year contract to spearhead a multi-country optimization initiative for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and related Talent modules. This role involves the integration of a Job Architecture workstream and significant advancements in reporting and analytics. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive leadership across the programme lifecycle while ensuring robust solution architecture, including management of business and data architecture, upstream and downstream integrations (such as recruitment applicant tracking systems), and realizing benefits across 11 countries and three professional services businesses. Note that this position requires travel to East and West Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stabilization and Optimization: Enhance EC in line with global blueprints, minimize manual tasks, elevate data quality, and reinforce position management, organizational relationships, and core HR processes.
- Job Architecture Implementation: Develop a practical Job Architecture that aligns with Job Profile Builder (JPB), position management, and downstream modules (including Rewards and Mobility).
- Reporting Industrialization: Create a centralized people-data repository and standardized dashboards that integrate various systems, moving from spreadsheets to SAP People Analytics and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Talent Stack Rationalization: Retire outdated tools while enabling seamless flows across onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and engagement.
- Pan-Africa Delivery: Facilitate regional reporting for East and West Africa, ensuring consistent processes with controlled local variations.
Programme Leadership:
- Manage the plan-of-record, RAID logs, budgets, vendor management, and benefits realization across multiple releases, including hypercare phases. Coordinate both consulting and systems integrator teams along with internal enabling areas.
- Oversee project scope and prioritization through a structured decision framework; conduct Design Authorities for process, data, and integration modifications.
- Engage stakeholders up to ExCo; translate complex architectural choices into tangible business outcomes with measurable KPIs (such as time-to-hire and reporting cycle time).
Solution & Data Architecture:
- Establish and maintain the target HR technology architecture, centered on EC as the core HR system and SmartRecruiters as the ATS, addressing upstream and downstream flows.
