About the Team
Within the Finance department, the Process and Ops Innovation team is dedicated to establishing the right workflows to support various finance areas and the broader business. We also spearhead data initiatives within finance and act as the primary liaison for Finance across the organization.
About the Role
We are in search of a driven and detail-oriented Project Associate to assist with key finance initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals early in their careers (2–3 years of experience) who thrive on working with data, understanding system operations, and facilitating process enhancements.
You will partner with multiple departments within Finance and the organization, gaining hands-on experience with projects aimed at automation, efficiency, and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in projects that automate financial processes and enhance data quality
- Identifying and implementing improvement opportunities for increased efficiency
- Assisting in documenting project requirements, scope, and deliverables
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and drive effective solutions
- Contributing to the maintenance and improvement of finance tools, dashboards, and workflows
- Learning and supporting ongoing initiatives across various markets
About You
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in finance or related roles
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach and a willingness to learn
