ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our expanding Schools Team as a Project Associate (PA). This role is centered around supporting our collaboration with the Odisha government school system and will be based in Odisha. You will work closely with our Senior Program Lead and Project Lead to implement the Khan Academy program in partnership with the Odisha Education Department. In addition, you will collaborate with Khan Academy India’s Content, Partner Operations, Teacher Professional Development, and Data and Efficacy teams to ensure successful program implementation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support program implementation: Assist in deploying the Khan Academy learning platform within government schools.
- Manage relationships: Foster and maintain strong connections with administrative officials, including nodal officers, state resource persons, and district- and block-level officers.
- Conduct field visits: Regularly visit schools (8-10 times per month) and engage in communication (10-15 calls) with middle management to observe and assess program implementation.
Please note that this is a 12-month contract role.
