We are seeking a proactive Project Communication Manager for a six-month mission to enhance the structure, planning, and coordination of our organization’s communication projects. As a key cross-functional pillar, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Communication and internal teams to ensure coherence, quality, and effectiveness in all communication initiatives.
Your role will integrate project management, strategic planning, operational organization, and team support, driving the success of both internal and external communication initiatives.
1. Project Structuring & Coordination
- Formulate and monitor communication plans associated with various initiatives.
- Implement methodologies, tools, and processes for smooth and shared project management.
- Coordinate actions among various stakeholders (internal teams, service providers, partners).
- Ensure message coherence, material consistency, and adherence to timelines.
2. Strategic Planning
- Contribute to the annual communication planning cycle.
- Identify priorities, sequence actions, and anticipate constraints.
- Track progress, raise alerts for deviations, and propose alternatives.
- Maintain a holistic view of projects to enhance synergy among various teams.
3. Operational Management
- Lead or co-lead communication projects (events, campaigns, content, internal tools).
- Prepare briefs and coordinate deliverable production.
- Organize committees, workshops, and dedicated work sessions for projects.
- Conduct reporting and evaluation of undertaken actions.
4. Support for the Communication Team
- Assist the Director of Communication in overall activity management.
- Ensure operational continuity on specific topics during their absence.
- Provide assistance in writing, content tracking, or preparing materials.
- Facilitate information sharing, document circulation, and knowledge capitalisation.
5. Internal Engagement & Stakeholder Follow-up
- Maintain regular communication with internal teams to gather relevant information.
- Feed and animate collaborative tools.
- Inform and engage stakeholders at the right moments.
