OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
The Project Coordinator serves as the essential operational support for advertising campaigns, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution of media plans.
This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, excelling in managing complex logistical workflows, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring the precise execution of media campaigns on time.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate internal and external meetings with clients or media vendors.
- Organize and manage all contracting documentation, ensuring distribution to assigned project leads.
- Oversee timelines for media campaigns, including delivery deadlines for various deliverables, client approvals, ad asset delivery, campaign launch dates, and reporting cycles.
