Join our dynamic National Contracts Department at SOCOTEC where you will become a key member of a team of over 10 professionals dedicated to the execution of contracts. You will closely collaborate with a team member on-site, ensuring you receive the guidance and training necessary to excel in your role.
As the 'Single Point of Contact' for all stakeholders involved in an internal project or client contract, you will ensure the project's successful deployment, maintaining coherence and adherence to timelines.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Understanding and adopting project objectives:
- Familiarizing yourself with the internal project or client contract and translating it into execution and deployment processes.
- Participating in project kickoff meetings for internal projects or client contracts.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders regarding project objectives.
Contributing to the internal setup of the project/client contract and its monitoring:
- Coordinating incoming requests related to scheduling, resources, and equipment.
- Providing necessary information in internal tools for administrative, financial tracking, and project performance indicators (e.g., Osmose, Atlas, Asana, Trello, Sharepoint).
Ensuring follow-up during deployment:
- Drafting documents associated with the deployment of internal projects or client contracts (e.g., deployment notes, project framing notes, training materials).
- Facilitating collaboration among SOCOTEC participants and project stakeholders throughout deployment.
- Ensuring clarity and understanding of the project across the network.
- Implementing continuous improvement actions: upward and downward communication, feedback sessions, etc.
- Ensuring that evolving needs of internal or external clients are accounted for throughout the project lifecycle (e.g., changes to specifications, schedules, technical prerequisites).
- Actively listening to provide tailored advice and solutions to client needs.
Contributing to project closure:
- Measuring the rate of tool adoption among users in internal projects.
- Participating in the capitalization of recently acquired experiences.
- Managing invoicing associated with client contracts and ensuring collection.
The position offers an annual gross salary ranging from €25,000 to €32,000, depending on your profile.
