Your Responsibilities:
As a Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the project manager in estimating study budgets,
- Analyzing baseline data and contractual documents,
- Distributing work among assigned draftsmen.
- Conducting design studies and identifying calculation needs:
- DIAGNOSTICS: Analyze, assess existing conditions, characterize issues, and prepare reports.
- APS – Preliminary Project Study: Develop multiple technical and economic solutions and provide financial estimates (Studies + Works).
- APD – Definitive Project Study: Define the optimal technical and economic solution, establish study documents, overall plans, preliminary sizing, and finalize financial estimates.
- PRO – Project Studies / EDD – Detailed Studies: Create study documents, overall plans, calculation notes, and models.
- ACT – Assistance for Contracting Work: Prepare consultation files (DCE) by establishing specifications and associated DPGF, lead consultations and site visits, compare and provide technical opinions on contractors' bids.
- VISA: Verify study plans and execution calculation notes of contractors.
- Project Management Missions: Conduct site monitoring of contractors, schedule and plan the project, technically receive contractor services, manage or assist clients with additional management, and ensure site safety.
- Conducting meetings with minutes:
- Kick-off meeting,
- Project meeting,
- Site meeting.
- Planning studies and projects, tracking progress,
- Identifying and applying applicable norms, codes, and specifications for each project,
- Understanding, analyzing, solving, and presenting regulatory data (DESP, codes, rules of the trade, monitoring calculation notes, etc.) to clients.
- Managing/supervising draftsmen/designers as necessary based on projects,
- Providing technical, qualitative, and safety supervision on sites.
- Being proactive and meticulous regarding quality processes (self-checks, verifications, etc.).
- Keeping updated on technological advancements in the field and proposing these to our clients.
