As a Project Coordinator within the energy sector, you will play a pivotal role in upholding project management standards and delivering vital support to ensure compliance with government policies and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Project Management Procedures, Guidance Notes, and related templates.
- Offer expert advice and guidance to project teams on the interpretation and application of established standards and guidance notes.
- Plan and coordinate Project Assurance and Compliance Reviews and Assessments.
- Conduct compliance checks at critical project milestones, such as prior to Business Case submission, to ensure the quality of essential documents like Cost, Schedule, Risk, Issues, Benefits, and Change Plans.
- Perform compliance reviews during the Post Project Evaluation phase.
- Aggregate and report on various Project KPIs and trends, while maintaining an action plan for continuous improvement.
- Generate monthly Compliance Reports for all projects, pinpointing areas of non-compliance and suggesting improvements.
- Oversee the management of project frameworks, including the administration of training provider contracts.
- Direct Stakeholder Management and Communication Plans.
- Deliver monthly reporting on Project Assurance during the P3O Progress meetings for the Head of PMO.
