Role Overview:
As a Project Coordinator or Senior Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning and overseeing specific components of projects while adhering to organizational processes and best practices. Working closely with a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, you will facilitate the successful execution of tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Your key responsibilities will include developing project schedules and budgets, establishing project repositories, and ensuring team members have access to client specifications and internal checklists. You will also manage tasks, clarify responsibilities for artists, monitor progress, and provide ongoing feedback to artists and reporting managers. In the absence of the Project Manager, you may also take on the responsibility of managing smaller projects as needed.
